Techni Ice Heavy Duty Reusable Ice Pack

Techni Ice is a high-performance, reusable ice pack supplied as a lightweight, flat sheet. Simply add water to activate the sheet, transforming it into a 24-cell ice pack ready for freezing.

When used as recommended, Techni Ice is designed to stay frozen for days and can provide up to 6 times longer cooling than conventional ice and 3 times longer than many gel and traditional ice packs, when compared using the same volume.

Made from food-grade, non-toxic materials, Techni Ice remains flexible when frozen and can be cut to size to suit different applications.

Heavy-Duty 4-Layer Construction

The Heavy Duty Reusable (HDR) model features a durable four-layer construction designed for repeated use. Two washable outer plastic layers protect two heavy-duty inner textile layers that contain the refrigerant polymer and provide increased resistance to punctures.

This construction also allows the activated sheets to be stacked, folded and stored in the freezer without the sticking problems commonly associated with traditional dehydrated refrigerant sheets.

Use Hot or Cold

Techni Ice isn’t limited to cold applications. The same reusable sheet can also be used as a heat pack, providing a versatile hot or cold solution from a single product.

To prepare:

Hydrate the sheet, allowing Techniice to absorb and retain the water within the cell. When firm to the touch, they are then ready to Freeze, chill, or Heat.

Techni Ice is suitable for the same patient re-use or economical enough for single use and then disposal. Can be cut to size and remains flexible when frozen.
