Emergency Warden Training
Participants will receive training in the roles and responsibilities of Emergency Wardens and evacuation procedures along with an overview of the Emergency response procedures for their specific site.
This session is based upon the Nationally recognised competency PUAWER005B Operate as part of an emergency control organisation, and the Australian Standard AS 3745-2010 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities.
Students will receive a statement of participation on completion of the session.
Wardens should attend Skills retention training (ie refresher training) “at intervals no greater than 6 months”.
That could be one annual Warden refresher course and one fire drill per year.

Our Trainer:
Paul Hill has 30 years experience as a fire fighter, 25 years experience in training including First Aid, Fire Safety and Emergency Management. He also has 15 years experience in Senior Management roles within the CFA. He is knowledgeable and passionate about educating teams and organisations to safely use fire equipment and co-ordinate an appropriate emergency response.
