Workplace Mental Health First Aid Course

Delivered completely online

With the global COVID19 pandemic hitting Victorian Workplaces hard, we know that the rates of anxiety and depression are on the rise.

But, do you know how to spot the signs? And when you do spot them, would you be confident to help that person?
Now, more than ever it is important to equip ourselves and our teams with Mental Health First Aid skills. These skills allow us to open up difficult conversations where we feel someone may be experiencing a mental health issue, and give us a proven approach to do so.

Now is the time to become an accredited Workplace Mental Health First Aider.
The Mental Health First Aid Course is suitable for all adult members of the public and is suitable for use in all workplaces. The course provides participants with the skills to recognise common mental health problems, knowledge of possible causes and with the skills in how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health problem.
