Once activated, the defibrillator provides clear, step-by-step voice coaching to guide the responder through the rescue process. Instructions cover pad placement, CPR and shock delivery, helping the responder understand what to do next.

A built-in metronome assists with maintaining the appropriate rhythm during CPR chest compressions.

The HS1 automatically analyses the patient’s heart rhythm to determine whether a shock is required. If a shockable rhythm is detected, the unit instructs the responder to press the flashing orange shock button.
